PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct the Annathana Kodi Vizha functions in Arulmighu Sri Ammayee Amman Temple at Ammankudi Village, Thootiyam Taluk, Trichy District under their supervision, granting permission and police protection to conduct the cultural programme namely, "Siruthondar Drama" is to be held on 06.05.2020 and 07.05.2020 on the basis of the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.02.2020. ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to conduct the Annathana Kodi Vizha functions in Arulmighu Sri Ammayee Amman Temple at Ammankudi Village, Thootiyam Taluk, Trichy District under their supervision, granting permission and police protection to conduct the cultural programme namely, "Siruthondar Drama" scheduled to be held on 06.05.2020 and 07.05.2020 on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 10.02.2020. Now, due to efflux of time, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and hence, the same is dismissed. No costs.
