2.According to the petitioners, the petitioners have purchased the stamp papers for effecting sale. Since the same was not materialized, the petitioners are inclined to surrender the same. 3.Therefore, the respondents shall consider the case of the petitioners in accordance to law and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above said observation, the writ petitions are allowed. No costs.
