Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents to modify the terms in the remand order (iii) he shall not leave in India without prior permission of this Court) in C.C.No.155 of 2022 in Crime No.46 of 2021 dated 05.10.2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Lalgudi, Trichy and permit the petitioner to return back to Canada and get the visa renewal the terms in the remand order to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2023.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents to modify the terms in the remand order (iii) he shall not leave in India without prior permission of this Court) in C.C.No.155 of 2022 in Crime No.46 of 2021 dated 05.10.2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Lalgudi, Trichy and permit the petitioner to return back to Canada and get the visa renewal the terms in the remand order to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2023.
2. The petitioner was released on bail with certain conditions, when he was produced before the concerned Court for remanding. One of the condition is that the petitioner should not leave India without prior permission of the Court. Absolutely there is no grievance by the petitioner with regard to the above condition.
3. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that his Visa is going to expire on 31.03.2023 and he wants to renew his visa, for that purpose he wants to visit Canada.

4. Considering the above facts and the circumstances of this case, the petitioner is directed to approach the concerned Court by stating all the facts. Trial Court may consider the same on its own merits by taking into account the present position of the petitioner, to permit him to visit Canada.
With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
