ORDER

Against the dismissal of petition seeking to condone delay of 606 days in filing a petition to set aside the dismissal order passed in H.M.O.P.No.25 of 2010, the present revision has been filed.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo stating that the petitioner died and he has also filed the death certificate alongwith the memo.

3.Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
