ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.02.2019 for reinstatement into service.

2.Heard both sides.

3.On a perusal of the records, it is seen that the petitioner has not challenged the termination order, but, he simply made a representation to the third respondent, seeking reinstatement. 4.However, the learned Government Advocate and the Special Government Pleader appearing for the respective respondents have no serious objection with regard to the prayer made by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.In view of the above submission made by the learned Counsel for the respondents, without going into the merits of the case, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.02.2019, on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
