Though the petitioner's vehicle was seized in connection with illegal transportation of sand, he seeks interim release of the vehicle.

Court that the petitioner's vehicle has been involved in atleast two instances of similar nature. Therefore, I am not inclined to exercise my discretionary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
