ORDER

It is a petition seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case in pursuance of the complaint dated 12.07.2016 made by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered on 11.08.2016 in Crime No.275 of 2016 for offences under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.
