ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 379 of I.P.C. and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act 1957, in Crime No. 58 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side). 4.The prosecution submitted that the second petitioner/M.Muruganantham is not a accused in this case and therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is closed as far as the second petitioner is concerned and that the first petitioner/S.Raveendran is not having any previous case, hence this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the first petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the first petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru, Thanjavur District and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
