ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294 (b),448,324,307 of I.P.C r/w. 4 of TNPHW Act in Crime No. 633 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the due to land dispute the petitioner herein abused and attacked the defacto complainant, hence the case.

3. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4. It is seen that the defacto complainant sustained grave injuries and hence custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much required. Further this is the fourth application for bail and there is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.4992 of 2023 anticipatory bail petition even after dismissal of the petitions, hence this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
