O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.02.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, she is a widow and one of the Page No. 2 of 6

villager and she also used to worship the God, namely, Sri Kottrar Udaiyar Ayyanar Temple. Now, the villagers are taking steps to conduct "Kumbabisekam" for the said Temple in the month of 'Vaigasi' and they also collected 'vari'. The petitioner has also earlier paid 'vari' to the Temple Festival, but, now the private respondents have refused to receive the 'vari' and ex-communicated due to the land dispute pending between the petitioner and the private respondents. Therefore, she sent a representation dated 06.02.2025 to the official respondents, but they have not taken any steps. Hence, she has filed this petition.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents no. 1 to 4 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents no.5 and 6 would submits that the representation of the petitioner is under consideration and they will conduct an enquiry and dispose of the same within fifteen days.

4. In view of the same and recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court even without issuing notice to the private respondents inclined to dispose of the petition by directing the official Page No. 3 of 6

respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.02.2025 and dispose of the same in accordance with law within fifteen [15] days from the date of this order.

5. With the above said direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
