The present Writ Petition has been filed by the President of Karala Kuluthilaga Karunya Sangam, seeking a Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the Form-VII submitted by them on 12.02.2026.

2. According to the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the third respondent, they have received application from the petitioner's Sangam which they would consider it on merits. He further submits that a rival group has also filed another Form-VII.

3. Considering the above said facts, the third respondent is directed to consider the Form-VII submitted by the petitioner on 12.02.2026 after giving opportunity to the other group which has filed the rival Form-VII and pass 2/4

orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
