[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to produce the petitioner's daughter, namely, V.S.Janani, aged about 17 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.
2.Heard Mr.S.T.Sasidharan Tamilkani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Dinesh Babu, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would state that though the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
H.C.P.(MD) No.470 of 2021 detenue was found missing from 17.03.2021, she returned the house of the petitioner Yesterday ie., on 24.03.2021.
4. In the light of the above submission, we are of the opinion that the prayer in the habeas corpus petition has become infructuous and hence, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
