ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.1 imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul District in Crl.M.P.No.15794 of 2024, dated 31.12.2024 consequently, to direct the petitioner to report the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime Police Station, Virudhunagar District. 1/3

2. Heard Mr.K.Palmurugan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent - Police.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition No.1 imposed on the petitioner by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul, in Crl.M.P.No.15794 of 2024, vide order dated 31.12.2024.

4. Accordingly, the condition No.1 imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul, in Crl.M.P.No.15794 of 2024, dated 31.12.2024, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime Police Station, Virudhunagar District daily at 10.30 AM for a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The other conditions shall hold good.
