This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 11.02.2021 and to give Loan Clearance Certificate to the petitioner by taking into account G.O.Ms.No.59, dated 28.06.2016.
2. Heard Ms.S.Latha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Manikkam, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents.
3. The case of the petitioner is that he is a farmer and the brother of the petitioner had taken a loan from the fifth respondent Society. Towards this loan, the property belonging to the joint family property was given as a security. The further case of the petitioner is that the Government issued G.O.Ms.No.59, dated 28.06.2016 and granted waiver of the loan. In view of same, the petitioner is seeking for the Loan Clearance Certificate, based on the representation made by the petitioner on 11.02.2021.

Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents 5 and 6 to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 11.02.2021 and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the respondents 5 and 6 along with all relevant documents and also copy of this order.
5. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
