This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondent to file a final report in Crime no.14 of 2020 dated 12.02.2020 on the file of the respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No. 14 of 2020 and for the same, investigation is completed and final report is ready. Hence, he seeks one month time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

3.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition and the respondent police also completed the investigation and seeks one month time to file final report, the respondent police is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of one month from the date of this order.

4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
