This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the FIR against the accused persons based on the petitioner's complaint dated 03.08.2016 within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), would submit that on enquiry, the respondents have come to the conclusion that the complaint is exaggerated one, it has been closed and hence, no further has been taken. A copy of the closure report has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
