This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the reject the plaint order, dated 13.01.2015 made in plaint Registration No.4023 of 2014 on the file of the Sub Judge, Sivakasi and allow the Civil Revision Petition. 2.Heard the learned counsels appearing for the Respondent Nos. 1 to 6, R10, R11 and R12 to R16.
3.There is no representation on the side of the petitioner, already sufficient time has given to the petitioner. 4.On the side of the respondent No.10, it is stated that the respondent purchased the property through E-Auction and possession was also handed over to the respondent and the matter become infructuous.

6.As there is a bar under the SARFAESI Act, the Lower Court has rejected the plaint, the Indian Bank has E-Auctioned the property and the tenth respondent has purchased the same. 7.In view of the above facts, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
