ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner without following the due process of law.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner is being repeatedly called to the second respondent Police Station and is being threatened that they are going to initiate action under Section 110 of Cr.P.C.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the second respondent submitted that the petitioner is a History Sheeter and therefore, the Police are keeping a close watch on him. However, the petitioner has not been summoned to the Police Station. In case, if the Police intend to initiate any proceedings against the petitioner, they would follow the due process of law.

4. Recording the said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
