O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to grant permission for yearly festival of Sri Chithi vinagayar Kovil situated at Vadakku Reddiyarppatti, Vadavalam Village, Pudukkottai District for the Adal Padal dance Programme on 25.04.2018 at about 6.00 pm based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2018 to the second respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. According to the petitioner, he made a representation to the second respondent on 21.04.2018 and the same is pending without passing any orders. Hence, this writ petition has been filed. 4.Considering the fact that the representation has been made only on 21.04.2018, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law by taking into consideration of the conditions imposed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.7911 of 2018, dated 12.04.2018.
