O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission to conduct Varusabishekam festival schedules to be celebrated on 10.04.2022 at Arulmigu Sri Kulasekara Amman Thirukovil, Oormelalagiyan Village, Kadayanallur Taluk, Tenkasi District.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 17.03.2022, two FIRs have been registered as against the rival party and it is pending for investigation.

3.Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter party and dispose the same in accordance with law, on or before 09.04.2022.
