This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the FIR on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.10.2017.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired and the same was closed as "Civil dispute". The closure report is also produced before this Court.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has also not disputed the said fact and seeks liberty to approach the appropriate forum to seek his remedy.

4.In view of the above submission, no further adjudication is required in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to redress his grievance before the appropriate Civil forum.
