This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to issue non traceable certificate based on his representation dated 07.04.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner has not appeared for enquiry and if the petitioner co-operates for enquiry, the respondent police would act as per law.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner will co-operate for the enquiry and on receipt of summons, the petitioner will appear before the respondent police.

5. Considering the submissions made by both sides, this Court court directs the petitioner to co-operate for the enquiry. On appearance of the petitioner, the respondent police shall consider https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner's case as per law.

6. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
