ORDER
It is seen from the order in W.P(MD)No.28907 of 2024, dated 03.12.2024 that the petitioner herein has moved this Court earlier in the above said petition seeking the very same prayer. However, when the matter came up for admission, the petitioner has sought permission to withdraw the writ petition and after making an endorsement, this Court has recorded the said endorsement and dismissed the writ petition as withdrawn. I find that no liberty has been granted to the petitioner to file a fresh petition. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he made an endorsement in the bundle seeking liberty and the 2/4
learned Judge also granted him permission. In view of said representation, it would only be appropriate for the petitioner to seek review of the order, dated 03.12.2024. Giving such liberty, the writ petition is dimissed. No costs.
