Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 392 of I.P.C., in Crime No.472 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The petitioner's earlier Criminal Original Petition was dismissed by this Court on 29.01.2020. There is no change in circumstances.

4.Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The only course of action open to the petitioner is to surrender and apply for regular bail. The petitioner cannot vex this Court by filing petition after petition. If any more petition for anticipatory bail is filed, this Court will impose exemplary cost on the petitioner.
