JUDGMENT

The Appeal Suit is directed against the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.135 of 2011 dated 29.11.2023 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Srivilliputtur.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants would submit that the appellants have sent a letter dated 03.01.2025 to him requesting to withdraw the appeal suit and he has produced the letter before this Court and hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellants, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 22.01.2025 NCC :Yes/No Index :Yes/No Internet : Yes/ No csm 2/4
