This Civil Revision Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli to dispose of the IDOP.No.99 of 2020, pending on his file, as expeditiously as possible.

2. Since the revision petition is filed for early disposal of the case, issuance of notice to the respondent is not necessary.

3. Since the age of the petitioner is 50 years and she is a lady, the Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli is directed to dispose of the said IDOP.No.99 of 2020, pending on his file, as soon as possible.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
