This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register the First Information Report on the basis of the complaint dated 06.07.2017.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired by the respondent police and the same has been registered in Crime No.169 of 2018 on 20.06.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 447, 451, 379, 294(b), 426 and 506(2) IPC.
