This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to conduct a fair investigation and also file a final report in Crime No.7 of 2019, dated 14.02.2019 within a stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the investigation is completed and the respondent police will file final report within a period of four weeks.
