2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that Crime No.484 of 2018 has been registered against the petitioners for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 505 of I.P.C. The petition mentioned offences are bailable. Section 438 of Cr.P.C., can be invoking only in the case of non-bailable offence.
