O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.12.2017 and subsequently conduct investigation in accordance with law and also to lay the final report forthwith after concluding the same.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired by the respondent police and the same was closed by stating that S.T.C.No.1459 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi is pending between the parties and hence the parties will seek their remedy before the concerned Court. The copy of the closure report is also produced before this Court.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has disputed the closure report and seeks liberty to make objections on the closure report filed by the respondent police.

4.Recording the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court to redress his grievance.
