Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the official respondents. 2.This writ petition came to be filed for directing the District Registrar, Thoothukudi to take action on his complaint dated 13.12.2021. 2/4

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that final order was passed on 20.06.2022 and that the petitioner has filed an appeal before the DIG of Registration. In these circumstances, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. The petitioner has to pursue the remedy only before the appellate authority.
