Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent Police to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.159 of 2023, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of filing this petition.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submits that final report has already been filed by way of efiling on 14.03.2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, to take the final report on file within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
