This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint dated 21.07.2017 preferred by the petitioner.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired by the respondent police and the same has been registered in Crime No.438 of 2018 on 25.06.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 468, 471 and 420 IPC. The copy of the First Information Report is also produced before this Court.
