The petitioner has come forward with this petition to issue a direction to the second respondent police to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 04.12.2017 on the file of the first respondent herein and to investigate and file a final report within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the complaint of the petitioner dated 04.12.2017, has been registered in Crime No.166 of 2018 on 05.07.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC.
