Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to issue patta in the name of the petitioner for the land in S.No.313/5 extent Acre-2, Cent-2 on eastern side new sub division S.No.313/5D on western side 3218.5 square feet out of 90 cents situated in Naranapuram Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District, by considering the petitioner's representation to the respondent dated 02.01.2018 within the period stipulated by this Court.
