ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case based on the petitioner's compliant dated 30.11.2017.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 11.06.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, the case was directed to be posted on 18.06.2018 under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, neither the petitioner nor his counsel is present in this Court to prosecute the case.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on instructions would submit that after completing the enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.31 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 505

(2) of IPC., and 67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, on 30.04.2018. He also produced a copy of the FIR before this Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
