PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the first respondent herein not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry.

ORDER

According to the petitioner, the petitioner has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the second respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that there is no complaint or petition pending against the petitioner and there is no harassment at the hands of the respondent police.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
