ORDER
The Writ Petition was filed for a mandamus, restraining the respondents from surveying the property, measuring 1.04 Acres in Survey No. 652 of Ponnamaravathi Village West, Ponnamaravathi Taluk, Pudukkottai
District, till the final disposal of the Revision Petition preferred by the petitioner before the first respondent.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Revision Petition was disposed of by the first respondent on 01.12.2023 itself and, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition.
3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed, as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected W.M.P.(MD) No.4700 of 2023 is closed. 18.11.2024 NCC :
