ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.11.2017 and investigate the case in accordance with law.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has made a statement before the respondent police that he is not willing to prosecute further in the complaint. Hence, the complaint was closed.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
