ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.56 of 2018 from the file of the third respondent to any other investigating agency. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that while pending this petition, the third respondent closed the F.I.R. However, this Court, by an order, dated 20.03.2020, directed the second respondent to conduct investigation. On the direction issued by this Court, now enquiry is pending on the file of the second respondent.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4965 of 2020 3.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
