PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying, to direct the 2nd Respondents police not to harass on the guise of enquiry against the Petitioner and his family members based on the complaint given by the 3rd Respondent.

O R D E R
The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner had borrowed loan from the third Respondent. He had repaid the same. Still, the third Respondent had preferred a complaint with the second Respondent, as though the Petitioner had committed default in repayment of the loan. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions of the Respondents 1 and 2, submits that the Petitioner is alleged to have borrowed loan on promissory note. The loan had been repaid as per the Petitioner, but yet to be paid as per the third Respondent. The third Respondent had given a complaint to the second Respondent. The second Respondent is ready to abide by the circular of the circular of the Director General of Police, Head of State Police Force, Tamil Nadu State, Chennai -4 issued in Rc.No. 892914/X1/2020 dated 12.03.2021 and the circular of the Additional Director General of Police, Chennai, issued in C.No.18/ADGP/L & O/Camp/2024 dated 09.01.2024.
