ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case against the accused persons based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 05.05.2017 and investigate the same in accordance with law. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the closure report and submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted by the Sub-Inspector of Police (L & O), E3-Anna Nagar Police Station, Madurai City, and after enquiry, the complaint was closed, as the parties themselves settled the dispute amicably.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
