ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/ accused No.1 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 447 and 302 IPC in Crime No.339 of 2013 and seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The petitioner is facing the trial in S.C.No.455 of 2015 on the file of the learned IV-Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli. He was absent and Non-Bailable Warrant is pending for quite some time. Since Non-Bailable Warrant is pending for more than two years, this Court does not pass usual order of directing the Trial Court to recall the warrant on the same date. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court on the next hearing date. The trial Judge shall accept the petitioner's surrender and recall the warrant issued against him after one week. If the petitioner does not appear before the trial Court on the next hearing date, the police shall take speedy steps for securing the petitioner's arrest.
