The present writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the encroachment removal notice issued by the second respondent Corporation.

2. According to the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent Corporation, the petitioner has voluntarily removed the ready-mix cement plant put up by him adjacent to the Mattuthavani Bus Stand. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 2/4

3. Recording the above submission, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
