: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned Circular issued by the 1st respondent in No.MSDE-18013/07/CIR/2019-TTC (ATS), dated 31.01.2020, thereby scheduling to conduct the "Theoretical Subject (Theory, 1/3

Employability Skills and Workshop Calculation & Science) Exam (CBT mode). Two sessions, one for Trade Theory and second for Workshop cal. and Science and ES (combined)" mentioned in Serial No.7, from 20.03.2020 to 22.03.2020, quash the same and consequently, direct the 1st respondent to publish the petitioner's result for Practical and Trade Theory Exams conducted on 12.06.2019 and 26.06.2019, respectively, as per the Circular issued by the 1st respondent in No.MSDE-18013/01/ATS/2019-TTC, dated 18.06.2019, within a stipulated time limit.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner as against the Circular issued by the first respondent dated 31.01.2020, in and by which, Theoretical Subject Exam was scheduled to be conducted from 20.03.2020 to 22.03.2020. The petitioner has also sought for a direction to publish his results for the Practical and Trade Theory Examinations.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Central Government Standing Counsel, on instructions, submitted that the Examinations have been conducted and Results have also been published, as such, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Central Government Standing Counsel, this writ petition stands closed as having become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
