This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, against the Fair and Decretal order, dated 18.11.2014, passed in I.A.No.141 of 2014 in O.S.No.585 of 2007, on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif, Thoothukudi.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the suit in O.S.No.585 of 2007 was disposed of by the Trial Court. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this Civil Revision Petition becomes infructuous.

3. Recording the above said statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
