ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to close the History Sheet in H.S.No.58/14 that has been opened against the petitioner on the file of the third respondent police station, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), who takes notice on behalf of the respondents, would submit that the third respondent police, by order dated 13.03.2019, closed the History Sheet in H.S.No.58/14 that has been opened against the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.In view of the same, nothing survives for further

adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
