PRAYER:- Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 2nd respondent police, Inspector of Police, Pattukkottai Police Station, Thanjavur District to alter the case into above said appropriate penal provisions of law in Crime No.317 of 2017 dated 19.10.2017 and expedite the investigation and file a final report within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
