This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order, dated 16.06.2015, made in I.A.No.214 of 2013 in R.C.A.No.2 of 2008 on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Authority (Sub Court), Valliyoor.

2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the R.C.A.No.2 of 2008 has been disposed by the Rent Control Appellate Authority, Valliyoor. Therefore, nothing survives in this matter for further adjudication. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this civil revision petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
