RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS PARYER : This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.PC., to direct the 1st respondent to conduct reinvestigation of case in Cr.NO.275/2013 in SC.NO.451/2015 on the file of the Mahila Court, Tirunelveli and further direct the first respondent to file the supplementary charge sheet within the time stipulation by this Court.

ORDER : This Petition coming on for hearing on this day upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the I Additional District Judge, Sessions Judge (FAC), Mahalir Neethimandram, Tirunelveli, vide the letter in D.No.2610/2018, dated 20.11.2018 on the appearance of M/s.P.SAMUEL GUNASINGH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.T.RAMESH RAJA, Advocate for the Respondent, this Court made the following order:- By letter dated 20.11.2018, the learned I Additional District Judge, Sessions Judge (FAC), Mahalir Neethimandram, Tirunelveli, has requested further time of two months for disposal of the case in S.C.No.451 of 2015.

2.Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended further for a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 08.03.2018.
